At Sure Shot Screen Printing, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Because many of our items are custom-made, our return policy varies depending on the type of product ordered.
1. Standard E-Commerce Returns (Non-Custom Items)
We accept returns on non-custom, unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must not be damaged or altered
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
2. Custom Screen Printed & Embroidered Items
Due to the custom nature of screen printing and embroidery, all decorated items are considered final sale.
This includes:
- Custom screen printed apparel
- Embroidered garments
- Any item with custom logos, artwork, or personalization
Exceptions
We will remake or refund orders only if:
- The product is defective
- The decoration is incorrect compared to the approved proof
- The wrong item was produced
All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
3. Customer-Supplied Garments (Contract Decorating)
For customers providing their own garments for screen printing or embroidery:
- Sure Shot Screen Printing is not responsible for replacing garments that are damaged during the decoration process
- While we take great care in handling all items, the decoration process involves heat, pressure, and machinery that carries inherent risk
Required Waiver
All customers supplying garments must sign a Customer-Supplied Garment Waiver acknowledging:
- The risks involved in the decoration process
- That Sure Shot Screen Printing is not liable for damaged items
4. Order Issues & Claims
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within:
- 7 days of delivery for custom/decorated items
- 30 days of delivery for non-custom items
Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on custom items.
For eligible non-custom returns, you may:
- Request a refund and place a new order
- Or contact us for assistance with sizing or replacements
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
