Sure Shot Screen Printing is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Assistant Screen Printer to join our production team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, fast-paced environments, and being part of a creative shop that prints apparel for businesses, events, and organizations across the region.
About the Role
You’ll work directly with our lead screen printer to keep production running smoothly. No experience is required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know. The right candidate will be organized, dependable, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and cleaning screens
- Set up and break down materials for production
- Sort, count, and organize garments for print jobs
- Help run jobs on the press as needed
- Maintain a clean, efficient workspace
- Light computer work for entering order details or checking job notes
- Provide friendly customer service when interacting with clients picking up orders
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable lifting 30 lb boxes of garments
- Interest in working with your hands in a production environment
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Experience in production or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
- Experience or interest in Adobe Illustrator is a bonus (not required)
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time position to start
- Potential to move into full-time based on performance and shop needs
- Flexible scheduling within shop hours
